Before starting any endeavor to improve our health or fitness, we need to ask, “What is our starting point?“

- Did the human body get here through some blind process of adaptation and still has a few kinks to work out?

- Or was it created by an intelligent designer who foresaw everything we would get ourselves into, and made a perfect machine that could thrive under some harsh conditions if given the right stimulus?

I’m not into too many dichotomies, but the latter over the past few years has resulted in some of the best health, performance, and development I’ve experienced in my life. Here, you will come to know the events that have led me down this path, as well as my documentation of the changes I continue to experience as I come across new information.
